Chrome 80s text effect

I stumbled upon chrome 80s effects on YouTube

And indeed it was so nice, I wanted to try out my own

But as at the time, all the tutorials that were available

were ones done with Photoshop. And Photoshop is a 

good software...I'm not just a fan of it.

You know...so much functions and all that makes the 

interface bulky and confusing.

I had to really take a close look everyday and I finally 

figured how to make chrome 80s text effects with ibis paint 

I actually intend to make a tutorial on this afterwards.
