Introduction to lightning

Hello wonderful people, today we'll be talking about lighting.

You know, lighting was one of the things I wanted to do when I ventured into digital art, but I noticed the first time I attempted lighting. It looked nothing close to what I imagined, and that got me thinking, what is that key thing I'm missing out?. Is it the blend modes or the brushes used.

That's when I opted into taking it as a topic to study. I learnt, watched YouTube tutorials and even bought some basic digital art courses.

Since I've gotten the hang of it...I'll have to show the steps to artist who might find it difficult.
