Mood
They say your mood influences your art, being moody at the time and listening to say something by afro lofi guy. wanted to illustrate a dark cold scene, representing the sadness, the agony and disappointment, and at the same time, the warm lighting hitting this character from behind representing that little ray of hope, to tell us that all hope isn't lost.
